Course Content:

Introduction

This course is designed for supervisors, managers, and individuals at any level within the organization who want to sharpen their leadership capabilities, aspire to learn more about themselves, and are interested in using their influencing skills to manage and lead others. The course takes the participants on a journey of self-discovery and self-reflection and trains them on strategies and skills that will make them shine and thrive in their jobs and personal lives

Training Methodology

A highly interactive combination of lecture and discussion sessions will be managed to maximize the amount and quality of information, knowledge and experience transfer. The sessions will start by raising the most relevant questions and motivate everybody finding the right answers. The attendants will also be encouraged to raise more of their own questions and to share developing the right answers using their own analysis and experience.
