Introduction
In an era
characterized by rapid change and continuous development, the ability to
innovate and drive organizational transformation has become essential for
ensuring continued success and growth. The "Leading Innovation and
Organizational Transformation" course aims to equip leaders and managers
with the tools and strategies necessary to lead change effectively. The course
explores how to build work environments that support creativity, apply
transformation strategies, and manage change to achieve sustainable results. By
the end of the course, participants will be able to lead innovation initiatives
effectively and adapt to changing challenges with confidence.

Objective
- Recognize the strong linkage between innovation and
organizational transformation.
- Identify different techniques that leading organizations use for
continuous improvement.
- Justify the need for applying the organizational transformation
steps in a certain sequence.
- Describe the first phase of organizational transformation and
defend the need for aligning key stakeholders as an initial step.
- Explain the steps included in the final stage of organizational
transformation and identify challenges in implementing widespread changes.
Training Methodology
A highly interactive combination of lecture
and discussion sessions will be managed to maximize the amount and quality of
information, knowledge and experience transfer. The sessions will start by
raising the most relevant questions, and motivate everybody finding the right
answers. The attendants will also be encouraged to raise more of their own
questions and to share developing the right answers using their own analysis
and experience.
